Ever heard of Valdar’s Market? This on-campus food pantry provides eligible Del Mar College students with access to various food and hygiene products.

The food items provided for the students are there to allow students to make a meal with or just go in to grab some snacks. The food pantry doesn’t just offer food, but also provides personal hygiene products such as deodorant, shampoo and conditioner, shower gels, razors, dental floss, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairbrushes, nail clippers, antibacterial ointment and first-aid products.

Valdar’s Market has locations on all three campuses: on Heritage Campus in Harvin Center Room 112, on Oso Creek Campus in Main Building Room 213, and on Windward Campus in the Coleman Student Center Room 133A.  The food pantry has a close partnership with the Coastal Bend Food Bank who provides many of the necessary items for students.
