Online “stackable” BAS-OML degree builds on foundation acquired while completing one of DMC’s 55 associate’s degree programs, targets College alumni and new students

The College’s new baccalaureate degree meets both community and employer needs by aligning a program that provides Coastal Bend residents who have earned an associate’s degree with opportunities to advance their careers and standard of living while producing managers and leaders who area employers seek to fill mid-level positions.

The BAS-OML curriculum is designed to equip students with essential management and leadership principles that fit their individual career interests, and the subjects covered by the program will empower those earning the degree to excel in diverse professional environments. This new bachelor’s degree program reflects the College’s dedication to providing relevant, high-quality education that aligns with the Coastal Bend’s workforce needs.
