Coastal Bend LNG CEO Nick Flores and other company employees presented a $25,000 check to DMC Foundation representatives on Sept. 3 in White Library on the Heritage Campus. The investment will provide selected Ingleside students with a full scholarship toward completing the Del Mar College degree or program of their choice.

DMC has built a network of wraparound services designed to support students every step of the way through college. Now, those efforts are receiving a major boost through a new mental health grant spearheaded by DMC’s Cheryl Sanders. Hear how this funding will expand critical resources and help ensure every student has the tools they need to thrive inside and outside the classroom.

Every blood donation can save lives, but first someone has to inspire people to give. Ashley Ramirez of the Coastal Bend Blood Center joins Viking Radio to share how her team keeps the region’s blood supply strong through community outreach, compassion and a mission that never takes a day off.

DMC professor George Woods has spent a lifetime helping students discover their potential and find their purpose.
