Milestone Moments: Integrating AI and Element451 to transform student services
This Milestone Moments video highlights Del Mar College’s integration of artificial intelligence with our new customer relationship management platform, Element451, to streamline communication among students, faculty and staff and bring student services to new levels of excellence. This initiative drastically improves efficiency of college processes and at the same time maximizes human-centric and individually tailored service to meet our students’ needs.

In addition, Kalpulli Ollin Papalotl, a Mexica danza group based in Corpus Christi, gave a performance during registration and provided an informational presentation as well. This year’s presentations included topics related to identity, language, migration, the history of mariachi, and the importance of Mexican American Studies Programs, to name a few.
