They include Banquete ISD, Calhoun County ISD, Corpus Christi ISD, Del Mar College, George West ISD, San Diego ISD, and Victoria College. TWC Commissioner Joe Esparza presented ceremonial checks to representatives of each institution at the event, which was held on the Oso Creek Campus of Del Mar College.

- 3:53Mexican American Studies Summer Seminar 2025Presented by the Mexican American Studies Program at Del Mar College (DMC), the 11th annual MAS Summer Seminar featured local renowned artist Tony Armadillo as the guest speaker. In addition, Kalpulli Ollin Papalotl, a Mexica danza group based in Corpus Christi, gave a performance during registration and provided an informational presentation as well. This year’s presentations included topics related to identity, language, migration, the history of mariachi, and the importance of Mexican American Studies Programs, to name a few.
