- 1:00DMC Welding Program receives check - DMC UpdateDMC Welding Program receives $8,000 check for participation in clay shoot eventGratitude was in the air March 27 at the Windward Campus when the DMC Welding Program was presented an $8,000 check in recognition of their participation at the Texas Chemistry Alliance (TCA) Sweethearts and Shotguns Clay Shoot event, held Feb. 23 at Bevly Farms. The two-day event, which will be held annually, celebrates women in industry and was sponsored by Valero. The check was presented in the Metals Technology Building.
